August 2012. Manufacture of the New Wire Feeding Machines Launched…

The manufacture of the new types of wire feeding machines with electronic control, equipped with SIEMENS controllers (PROFINET or PROFIBUS protocol), was launched.

The modern wire feeding machine ensures synchronous wire feed together with the coil receiver at various speeds, in automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes.

Its functional advantage is the possibility of impulse cyclic feed of the flux cored wire in preprogrammed quantities at high speed, which permits to significantly improve alloying elements solubility and their uniform distribution inside the ladle. As a result a higher steel quality is achieved, the yield of metal suitable in terms of its chemistry and mechanical properties is increased.

There was noticed a growth in demand for these wire feeding machines – contracts on their supply to both Russian domestic and foreign markets were concluded. The representatives of the CIS countries, particularly Ukrainian manufacturers showed interest in their procurement. A contract for the supply of a new wire feeding machine to Guatemala (Central America) was concluded.
