Scope and purpose
Gumboil, brand FAR-65 – a synthetic aluminum-containing material, is used in metallurgical processes of steel smelting and after-furnace treatment. Designed for deoxidation of the melt and liquefaction of slag, as well as in the smelting of steel in electric arc furnaces and the preservation of periclase lining of steel ladle.
