Unshaped refrectories for lining
Scope and purpose
Production of refractory products and monolithic lining of heat generating units in various industries. Refractory concrete and ramming materials are used as unformed materials for lining.
Characteristics of Refractory Concrete
Are made according to TU 1584-003-43539424-2018

Benefits of Refractory Concrete
- mechanization of the lining process and a significant reduction in labor costs;
- easy way to use;
- high durability during operation;
- the use of a special vibration pattern for workability of the working layer of the linings
Characteristics of ramming masses
It is made according to TU 1523-011-43539424-2017
Application area, Material grade
- Vaults for electric furnaces – VulTamp® 87 F steel bucket nest blocks
- cast iron and steel smelting furnaces – bottom and walls of casting ladles – bronze smelting furnaces VulTamp® 87 F VulTamp® 90 F VulTamp® 93F
- VulTamp® 90 F aluminum smelting furnaces VulTamp® 93F

VulTamp® 87 F | mullite-corundum stuffing | 87% | to 1600 |
VulTamp® 90 F | corundum stuffing | 90% | to 1750 |
VulTamp® 93F | 93% |
The benefits of ramming
- increased ductility;
- do not require high-temperature drying and firing;
- developed on the basis of specially selected raw materials of high purity (corundum and Al2O3 compounds);
- they are neutral; they are used for lining induction furnaces when melting high alloyed, manganese, and heat resistant steels;
- form a particularly strong sintered surface at high temperatures due to thermally reactive components;
- provide increased resistance to particularly aggressive metals and slag.
