Scope of Application
Burner block is an element of the refractory masonry that contains a burner arrangement (burner).
SME Vulkan-TM Burner Blocks
The manufacturing process includes the vibroforming technique, which ensures the maximum precision of linear parameters – the burner block is easily installed.
Besides, the new manufacturing technology makes it possible to reduce the lining installation time considerably; the burner block improves the operating characteristics of the lining due to a more reliable thermal protection system as compared to other appliances. The block is made of heat-resistant materials withstanding temperatures up to +1,700°C.
