Scope of Application
Slide gate plates in bands are installed in slide gates and used to close the steel casting channel during molten metal tapping from steel casting ladles.

- Undergo prior adjustment and seating for each working pair, which makes it possible to increase durability by 1.5-2 melts;
- Have precise locking in slide gates and precise centering of casting holes due to band locating tabs
- Installation of guaranteed interference fit bands with tabs on the side surface makes it possible to prevent thermal breakdowns in the course of operation.
